Emergency Exceptions
We understand emergencies happen. In cases of documented medical emergencies, family emergencies, or unavoidable circumstances, we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Not Eligible for Refund

- โ Cancellation less than 12 hours before appointment
- โ Change of mind after service completion
- โ Results not matching unrealistic expectations
- โ Failure to follow aftercare instructions
- โ Adverse reactions to products when patch test was declined
- โ Services used in package deals (more than 30 days)
- โ Sale/promotional items (unless defective)

- Cash Payments: Refunded in cash

- Gift Cards: Store credit issued
5. Package & Membership Refunds
Service Packages
Pre-purchased service packages offer significant savings but come with specific refund terms:
Package Refund Policy:
- Within 30 Days: Full refund if no services used
- Partial Use: Prorated refund based on services used at regular price
- After 90 Days: No refunds, but can transfer to others
- Expiration: Packages expire 12 months from purchase

Membership Programs
- Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice
- No refunds for partial months

- After 30 days: prorated refund minus 20% cancellation fee
6. Gift Cards & Vouchers
Gift Card Policy
